Senior/ Quantity Surveyor

Key areas of responsibilities

• Prepare tender submission, handle progress claims and progress payment, VO & finalization of accounts
• Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers and contractors on certification of claims for payments

Requirements

• Degree/ Diploma in Building/ Quantity Surveying
• 2-5 years relevant with contractor. Candidates with substantial years experience will be consider for the position of Senior QS.
• Fresh graduates will relevant attachments QS experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication skills and able to work independently
