SENIOR PURCHASING EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible in carrying out local purchases of all raw material, technical equipment, parts & tools for operational/production use
Sourcing and reviewing quotations from suppliers
Ensuring on proper documentation and records throughout the purchasing process
Negotiating, ordering of supplies and ensure smoothness in the processing time
Liaising with relevant departments on all delivery related matters
Preparation of monthly reports and administrative matters
Other duties assigned on an ad-hoc basis
Supervision of at least 2 direct reports

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma/Degree in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management and/or technical related field of studies
At least 5 years of working experience in similar capacity in the Oil & gas or Marine industry
Good suppliers/vendors contact with wide sourcing network
Able to work under pressure and manage challenging workload
Good negotiation and PC skills is a pre-requisite
Knowledge in Hydraulics will be preferred
Candidates should preferably be staying within the western region of Singapore
