Kingboard Chemical Holdings Ltd. ( “Kingboard Chemical” ) is one of the world’s largest laminates manufacturer . Since the establishment of its first laminates manufacturing facility in 1988, the Group has been proactively engaging in both vertical and horizontal development. The Group now operates more than 40 manufacturing facilities, turning out a large spectrum of products ranging from paper laminates to PCBs, chemicals, copper foil, glass fabric, glass yarn, bleached kraft paper, liquid crystal displays and magnetic products.

Senior Project Manager – Construction & Property

Responsibilities:

Responsible for overall project management to meet the quality, cost, statutory, safety and environment issues as well as requirements of commercial building projects.
Coordinate with Government Dept., consultants, sub-contractors and handle contracts correspondence independently.
Handle project planning and development including the building of land bank, master planning, project management, sales & marketing planning.

Requirements:

Degree in surveying or equivalent preferably with professional qualification such as HKIE/HKIS/ other equivalent;
Minimum 10 years post experience of which 5 years must be gained in China building construction as a managerial level;
Hands-on site management experience in China building maintenance projects both public and private sector;
Fluent in both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
Independent, self-motivated and responsible;
With business-minded, smart, able to work independently & under pressure.
Station in China.
