SENIOR PROJECT EXECUTIVE Kingsmen Beijing Co., Ltd

The Group today has a regional network of 16 offices and full service facilities specializing in Exhibitions & Museums, Retail & Office Interiors, Research & Design and Integrated Marketing Communications

Due to our rapid expansion, we are seeking qualified individuals to join our Greater China team as :

SENIOR PROJECT EXECUTIVE ( Based in Beijing/Shanghai )

Responsibilities:

Supervise the whole process of project management from site clearance, project design, planning, tendering, procurement, obtaining government’s approval, appointment of consultants and contractors, site supervision, monitoring of construction progress and quality control.
Conduct site survey, agree project plan proposals with customers; guide customers to prepare the site properly for equipment installation; assure the room readiness and installation in time; meet quality and sales turn over target.
Coordinate delivery and ensure the factory construction project is delivered within time, budget, quality requirements and defined scope.
Manage risks and issues throughout the life of the project with appropriate measures and reporting system established.
Lead and motivate the project team to ensure the project is running smoothly.
Responsible for customer acceptance and project closure follow ups

Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering/Building Management/Construction Management.
3 years’ experience in project management of commercial projects, retail stores and/or corporate office interiors.
Experience working in or with design houses is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
Candidates must possess good verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese/Mandarin.
Regional exposure/working experience in China preferred.
