MANDARIN TOUR PTE LTD a European Travel Company, newly established and fast growing player in the travel industry, is currently looking for qualified talents to be part of our international dynamic team for company based in Singapore.

We are currently looking for qualified candidates for the following position:

SENIOR OPERATION MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Managing a sales team in their daily operations
• Develop sales strategies, business development programmes to meet sales & profit target
• Drive sales performance, responsible to achieve sales target, profitability and growth in line with the company objectives
• Develop and understanding of key markets, market competition and trends affecting the business and its strategic position

Requirements

• Diploma in IATA-UFTAA or other travel-related qualifications
• Mature, resourceful with good networking and ability to lead the team and work under pressure to meet sales target
• Dynamic, result oriented and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven management experience in travel agency
