TPO is shaping the future of mobile displays by rapidly developing and delivering a portfolio of distinctive, value added displays to exceed customers’ requirements in the telecommunications, consumer electronics, automotive, information display and avionics arenas.

Senior Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities

Design of TFT and monochrome LCD system for automotive application.
Responsible for the design of mechanical assembly and LED backlight module.
Being the mechanical project engineer of the project team, work with the project manager in LCD module design, DFMEA, BOT, sample making and pilot production.
As member of the mechanical engineering group, work with the engineering manager for technical Know How development and implementation.
Technical communication with customer and supplier.
Develop and maintain Design Rules.
Support purchasing on supplier selection and audit.

Requirements

Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering
2-3 years working experience in the related field
Experience in FEA and thermal analysis / simulation software
Knowledge of LCD technology is preferable but not a must
Good communication skill and is able to work in a cross-functional environment
Proficient in Pro/Engineer and Autocad. Working experience in Catia, SolidWork & Cosmos.
Fluent in written and spoken English
