Senior Manager / Manager, Programme Management (OSHD)

Responsibilities:

As part of a dynamic team that is responsible for overseeing the Occupational Safety & Health Division (OSHD) business and corporate planning functions, you will propose and plan medium and long term business strategies and programmes based on emerging trends and sound statistical information. You will translate strategic visions and plans into workable action plans for implementation, as well as identifying potential opportunities for future developmental and priority areas across the Division. You will be responsible for establishing the Divisional key thrusts and performance targets as well as allocating resources within the organization to optimize corporate performance.

Requirements:

You should possess a Degree in Economics or Business with at least 2 years relevant experience preferably from the public sector. You need to have an interest in strategic planning and tackling policy and operational challenges across a wide variety of subjects. The successful candidate should be versatile, be able to think and navigate quickly in different policy and operational spheres and possesses a strong analytical mind to focus on core issues. You should also be a self-motivated team player with strong communications and interpersonal skills. The ability to logically structure and substantiate an argument; and the ability to write and reason clearly and compellingly are absolute essential.
