Senior Logistics & Shipping Executive

Job Responsibilities :

Responsible for handling all logistics for all import and export of food and electronics products
Handle all sales orders and ensure that customers’ orders are delivered on time
To handle all customers’ shipment logistics matters
To ensure all supplier order and shipment are managed properly and on time
Liaise with Freight Forwarder or Transport Company to ensure that all goods are shipped timely, accurately and cost efficiently.
Prepare shipping documents and L/C negotiations.
Manage the company inbound and outbound freight and transport company
Support Sales Department on sales administration and account servicing
Attend to customer pre-sales and post sales support activities
Constantly review and improve the internal work processes

Requirements :

GCE’O’/’A’ Level /Diploma holder with at least 3 years relevant experience in logistics/shipping, preferably in F & B manufacturing industry
Familiar with the prevailing statutory requirements by AVA for the import & export of processed/frozen food
Possess good communications skills and attitude to achieve customers’ satisfaction.
Excellent leadership skills, analytical mind, independent, meticulous, organized with high drive
Familiar with MRP/ERP software will be preferred
