Senior IT Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

Provide timely solutions and services to support IT needs across business units within the Group.
Manage and supervise an IT team
Manage network connectivity and security of IT infrastructure.
Manage, develop, monitor, maintain, upgrade and support all IT systems including servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software and peripherals to be in line with the business strategy and operational objectives
Accountable for proper system back up and disaster recovery procedures
Draft, review and maintenance of IT policies and procedures to ensure IT related audit compliance

The successful candidate should possess the followings:

Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering/Computer Science/Engineering
Minimum 10 years’ IT experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role
Certification in network and/or security as well as working knowledge on ERP systems (SAP, Oracle etc) and business application software (Navison, POS, Sun Accounting etc) an added advantage
Strong project management & execution skills
Strong audit compliance knowledge
Knowledge and experience in IT disaster recovery and business continuity management
Strong analytical mind as well as problem solving and negotiation skills, coupled with a results oriented and highly adaptable personality
Possess maturity, good communication and interpersonal skills to interface with vendors, and both internal and external customers.
