An Interior Design & Project Management specialist in the corporate office sector, whose clientele ranges from multi-national to Hong Kong based companies..

Senior Interior Designer / Interior Designer

Reports to: Managing Director/ Design Director

Overall responsibility:
Manage and assist in the design process from initial stages (design brief/RFP submittal) to practical completion.

Key areas of responsibility:
Work independently and manage the design process. This includes but is not limited to: site surveying, performing inventories, space planning and analysis, design schematic generation, documentation including detailing and sourcing of materials and finishes, and client/vendor liaising and presentation.

Term of employment:
Full Time

Qualifications:
Tertiary College/University; minimum 3 – 7 years experience – experience in the Hong Kong industry beneficial; Fluent English; Proficiency in AutoCAD and Photoshop or Illustrator; 3D capability beneficial. Strong presentation skills and organizational skills preferred.
