SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

Manage the full spectrum of HR function including talent planning, acquisition and retention, organisational development, training & development, budgeting, rewards management, employee relations as well as benefits & compensation.
Develop, implement, review and enhance HR policies and practices.
Set up, implement and review performance appraisal/management system.
Set up, implement, review and improve upon employee handbook.
Update and maintain leave / medical as well as employees’ records.
Administer payroll and CPF contribution.
Prepare monthly HR reports on manpower cost analysis, staff turnover rate, medical cost and leave balance.
Oversee foreign workers related matters and issues, including hostel management.
Handle and resolve employees’ disciplinary issues and grievances.
Maintain awareness of employee issues, monitor morale & motivation and recommend corrective actions.
Diagnose HR needs of internal customers and provide advice on the best approach to managing HR related issues

Requirements:

Diploma / Degree qualified in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
At least 3 years work experience in Human Resource, preferably in a SME environment.
Good understanding and experience in Employment Act and Labour Law and able to provide accurate and professional advice to the Management Team.
Analytical and strategic thinking, independent, self-motivated and result-oriented.
Practical, flexible, hands-on approach and be able to multi-task.
Meticulous and organized, and able to work under tight deadline.
People oriented with strong communication skills and confident in dealing with all levels of staff.
Should have a fair combination of action and vision, has the drive and energy; consistent & persistent
Good command of English & Mandarin (both spoken & written).
