We are looking for high caliber professional to join our new division specializing in international freight forwarding.

Senior HR Specialist, Singapore (Stationed in Singapore)

Responsibilities

Full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, traning & development, employee relations, performance management and safety.
Advise on formulation of strategies and policies relating to human resources attraction, deployment and development to build a positive and performance-oriented culture in the Company.
Enhance HR processes, provide advice on labour legislations to ensure statutory compliance.
Participate in HR surveys, preparation of monthly and ac-hoc HR reports.
Proper maintenance of personnel records, HR database ensuring data integrity.
Assist in office set up at the initial stage.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
At least four (4) years’ HR generalist experience in MNC, preferably in freight forwarding / logistics industry.
Well-versed in Labour Ordinance and HR related regulations.
Meticulous, independent, responsible and able to perform multi-task in fast pace environment.
Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
Knoweldge in HRIS, PeopleSoft HR System will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in English & local language.
