SENIOR HR EXECUTIVE STB Technologies Pte Ltd

We are an established group of companies with a regional office in China and parent company in Malaysia and would like to invite suitably qualified candidates for the following position:

SENIOR HR EXECUTIVE

RESPONSIBILITIES

The incumbent will directly report to the Group Financial Controller.
Responsible to oversee the full spectrum of human resource functions such as recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employees’ welfare, performance management, training and development.
Providing management with professional advice on key HR issues, and working closely with the Department Managers to execute and implement local human resource strategies.
Review, formulate, implement and ensure continuous improvement and effectiveness of existing HR practices and procedures.
Ensure smooth operations of overall office administration.
Oversee Human Resource staff and practices at subsidiary level.
To be in-charge of intermediate holding company’s payroll, leave administration and related submissions to the authorities.

REQUIREMENTS

A minimum of a Diploma in Human Resource Management.
3 – 5 relevant working experience (preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Good working knowledge and use of Easypay Enterprise.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
Motivated, proactive and optimistic about challenges.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin – Written and Spoken

Willing to work in Tuas area (with company transportation to and from Jurong East MRT)
