SENIOR HR EXECUTIVE / HR MANAGER Hunting Energy Services (International) Pte Ltd

We are a well-established MNC in Oil & Gas Service industry, located at 34 Benoi Road (West Area). To meet our continuing growth, we are seeking qualified and suitable candidate for the post of:-

SENIOR HR EXECUTIVE / HR MANAGER

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions such as recruitment and selection, staff compensation and benefits benchmarking, employee engagement, employee relations, Industrial Relations, performance management and general office administration.
Develop, review and implement HR strategies, policies and procedures in compliance with legal and statutory requirements and contribute to achieving business objectives.
Provide management with professional advice on key HR issues, working closely with Department Managers; initiate and drive forward strategies, policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
At least 3 years’ experience in handling full spectrum of HR generalist functions, preferably in MNC
Good understanding of the Labour Laws, Employment Act and best HR practices
Able to work independently
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Good people management and interpersonal skills
