Senior HR Executive / HR Executive

Responsibilities:

As a member of the Human Resource Department, you will be responsible for:

• Recruitment & Selection, manpower planning activities, work pass application/renewal and new staff orientation
• Compensation & Benefits review and administration
• Performance Management System review & administration
• HR Policies & Procedures development and implementation
• Employee relations, Management Reports, Surveys & ISO
• Other HR initiatives and projects as and when required

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource/Business Administration
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Well versed in local employment legislation, CPF Act and Income Tax Regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Possess strong initiative and good analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A committed and responsible team player with pleasant personality, independent, meticulous and resourceful
