Senior HR Executive / HR Executive

Responsibilities:

As a member of the Human Resource Department, you will be responsible for:

Recruitment & Selection, manpower planning activities, work pass application/renewal and new staff orientation
Compensation & Benefits review and administration
Performance Management System review & administration
HR Policies & Procedures development and implementation
Employee relations, Industrial Relations, Management Reports & HR Surveys
Other HR initiatives and projects as and when required

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Human Resource/Business Administration or its equivalent
At least 3 years of relevant working experience
Well versed in local employment legislation, CPF Act and Income Tax Regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Office Word & Excel applications
Possess strong initiative and good analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A committed and responsible team player with pleasant personality, independent, meticulous and resourceful
