We are a global multi-national company that manufactures electronic components. We are seeking for an experienced and dynamic individual to join us:

SENIOR HR EXECUTIVE

We are looking for an experienced HR generalist to manage the HR functions in Singapore as well as to support HR activities in the region.

You are to lead a HR team to develop and manage the day-to-day human resources function. Your role requires you to:

Provide generalist HR advice to management and employees
Formulate and implement human resource policies and procedures in line with the company’s business goals.
Maintain and deliver manpower plan, recruitment and selection to ensure departmental objectives are met.
Develop and enhance competitive compensation and benefits schemes to attract and retain employees
Plan and establish training and development programs
Involve in internal and external HR related audits
Organise employee welfare programs and establish regular employee communication

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in HRM / Business Administration with at least 5 years of relevant experience in preferably manufacturing industry
Possess good leadership qualities
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to interact with people at all levels
Flexible and versatile with lots of drive
Conversant in MS Office applications and hands-on
