We are a Singapore mainboard listed company with principal activities in investment holding, wholesale distribution of food and allied fast moving consumer goods, food manufacturing and property investment. One of our subsidiaries, Delifrance, is currently looking for a suitably qualified individual to join their Asia Head Office as;

SENIOR FINANCE MANAGER / FINANCE MANAGER

Job description/Responsibilities

Reporting to the CEO of Delifrance Asia and the Group FC at Auric Pacific Group Limited, the incumbent will be responsible for all strategic and financial functions which includes financial accounting, planning, analysis and control, treasury management, internal and external audit matters, financial and management reporting systems, capital asset management, risk management, insurance, taxation, legal matters and purchasing.

Job requirements

The incumbent would ideally:

Be a qualified Accountant with a Degree, ACCA or equivalent.
Have good knowledge of local and international Accounting Standards and Corporate Governance
Have at least 7 – 10 years post qualification experience in some of the following key areas; financial and management accounting, strategic planning and analysis, treasury management, mergers and acquisition, capital project evaluations and management, tax and legal.
Have some knowledge of consolidation. This is mandatory
Have about 3 years as head of a department
Have regional experience or business exposure in Asia which would be advantageous.
