Senior Finance Manager (Corporate Finance)

Job Responsibilities:

• Update and periodic review of costing and transfer price policy to ensure they are compliant with regional tax laws.
• Assist CFO in working closely with Management and professional teams to realise Tax Planning opportunities regionally and carry out any necessary group restructuring.
• Preparation of Group consolidated accounts
• Maintenance of equity portfolio.
• Maintenance of Group’s loyalty fund.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy
• Min 5 years working experience, with at least 2 years in Commercial
• Resourceful and self-driven
• Possess the ability to look at the “big picture”
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with our China office)
