Senior Facility Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Your day to day responsibilities include management and maintenance of all building services like ACMV system, Electrical System, Fire Protection System, etc. , house-keeping and cleaning services, security, pest controls, landscape management, and specialized systems like IBMS, CRAC units, waste treatment processes, Fire Alarm System, Security System, Process Water and DI Dilution System, Compressor and Pressure Vacuum System, Gas Supplies, etc. Other duties and responsibilities include day to day general management, contract administrations, budget and financial planning and cost control, bill payment processing, manpower and maintenance planning, quality control and planning, project management and tenant relations.

The incumbent should possess a degree in mechanical or electrical engineering with at least 8 years relevant experience in property and facility management. The incumbent should have managed and maintained various types of buildings and facilities that include hotels, hospitals, large commercial complexes and industrial facilities. Those who have experience in research laboratory, hospital, pharmaceutical and high tech manufacturing environment will have added advantage.

The incumbent must possess good communication and administrative skills, report writing and oral presentation skills and ability to lead a team of facilities management staff and technicians, sub-contractors and specialists.
