Senior Executive (Management Training) Civil Service College

Civil Service College (CSC) Singapore is a statutory board under the Public Service Division, Prime Minister’s Office. We are the central learning institution for the Singapore Public Service and we play a pivotal role in partnering government ministries and agencies to develop people for a first class public service.

CSC brings together public service officers from diverse backgrounds and provides them opportunities to plug into a service-wide network to exchange views, build shared ethos and perspectives, creating a rich environment for dialogue, knowledge sharing and learning.

Through our programmes and services, CSC aims to build commitment and strategic capacity in governance, leadership, public administration and management for the Singapore Public Service.

Senior Executive (Management Training)

You will identify the training needs for the public sector, design, develop and evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and assess trainers. In identifying training needs, you will be required to organise and conduct focus group discussions, design surveys/questionnaires or conduct interviews to solicit training needs from public sector agencies. You will also work with subject matter experts to shape the course content, curriculum and learning outcomes

You should have:

Good written and communication skills
Strong planning and coordination skills
Ability to work well with people at all levels and uphold sense of professionalism
Candidates with working experience in Learning and Development will have an advantage
Good Degree from a recognised university with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in the area of Business Administration and Communications
