Senior Executive (Corporate Communications) Civil Service College

Civil Service College (CSC) Singapore is a statutory board under the Public Service Division, Prime Minister’s Office. We are the central learning institution for the Singapore Public Service and we play a pivotal role in partnering government ministries and agencies to develop people for a first class public service.

CSC brings together public service officers from diverse backgrounds and provides them opportunities to plug into a service-wide network to exchange views, build shared ethos and perspectives, creating a rich environment for dialogue, knowledge sharing and learning.

Through our programmes and services, CSC aims to build commitment and strategic capacity in governance, leadership, public administration and management for the Singapore Public Service.

Senior Executive (Corporate Communications)

You will assist in managing strategic corporate and marketing communications programmes to build a strong College brand identity and image externally while embedding a customer service culture internally. You will also coordinate and write corporate communications and marketing collaterals, including the corporate brochures, newsletters and event materials to support the branding and marketing initiatives. You will be required to assist in facilitating change and management efforts to inculcate a service culture in CSC, and monitor service standards, customer feedback and outcomes. In addition, you will assist in hosting and briefing visitors as well as to assist and support the Secretary to College Board of Governors.

You should have:

Keen creativity with good interpersonal and organisational skills
Ability to work towards deadlines as an energetic and self motivated team player
Maturity and responsibility, with knowledge of the public sector preferred
Excellent writing and verbal communications with a flair for writing
Good Degree from a recognised university with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Media Relations, Marketing and Event Management
