SENIOR CREWING SUPERINTENDENT

The Job:

• Interview, selection and recruitment of senior deck officers
• Ensure vessels are manned in accordance with statutory and ship owner’s requirements
• Conduct investigations and manage crew feedback through ship visitations
• Explore and liaise with overseas agents on recruitment matters

The Person:

• COC Class 1 (Deck) required
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Sailing experience as senior officer on oil tankers
• Resourceful, well organized and mature team player
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
