Senior Civil & Structural Engineer

Your main responsibilities are to review all submission drawings and approve structural design plans and calculations of various types of developments/buildings submitted by the professional engineers. You are to ensure that these submissions are complying with the relevant authorities’ requirements and that the civil & structural design meets all technical and safety requirements mentioned in the relevant building codes and practices.

You will also be required to review on the civil and structural aspects of development design and assess their structural integrity and safety. Your responsibilities include processing plans and calculations of building foundations, sub-structural works and earth retaining structures for excavation works.

You should possess a good degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (Singapore) and preferably be a BCA registered Resident Engineer. You should also have at least minimum 5 years of hands-on relevant experience and are conversant in the local and/or international Building Codes and Practices. Those with the exposure and experience in international projects will have an added advantage.
