SENIOR ANALYST, ENTERPRISE RISK MANAGEMENT Singapore Petroleum Company Ltd

SENIOR ANALYST, ENTERPRISE RISK MANAGEMENT

SPC has an opportunity for a self-driven, enthusiastic and adaptable individual to be part of its Risk Group (RG). Led by the Group’s Chief Risk Officer (CRO), the successful candidate will report to the Manager, Risk and will work closely with members of the Risk Group in the:

Development and implementation of financial risk management models and measurements to enhance SPC’s review and assessments of business and financial risks.
Implementation and roll out of SPC’s Operational Risk Management. This includes reviewing and enhancing the Company’s risk register, assessing, monitoring and reporting the risk management performance of the Company’s business, operational and financial activities.
Analysis and monitoring of SPC’s enterprise risk portfolio. This includes reviewing the Company’s Enterprise Risk Management framework and processes for continued enhancements.
Preparation and presentation of reports on risk management performance to SPC’s Management Team and Board Risk Committee.

Pre-requisites

Strong background in financial risk management models, measurements and capital investment reviews. Knowledge in areas such as earnings at risk and cash flow at risk will be an added advantage.
3 – 5 years of experience in financial and operational risk management processes.
Degree in Finance or Business related discipline. Professional qualifications or certifications in Risk Management disciplines such as Enterprise Risk Management, Financial Risk Management will be preferred.
A self starter with excellent communication skills and who is confident and comfortable to assist the Risk Group in facilitating discussions on risk management and control issues with SPC Management Team and Board Risk Committee.
Individuals with work experience in energy/financial industry/CPA firm or in risk consultancy roles are highly encouraged to apply.
