We are a property development group with interests in hotels, commercial, retail, and residential real estate. We have a career opportunity for a highly motivated and self-driven individual for the position of Senior / Advertising & Promotions Executive.

Senior / Advertising & Promotions Executive

The Job:

In mall promotions:
Planning & execution of events
Drafting of communications to tenants
Coordinating promotional collateral & events with advertising agencies, event companies & contractors
Preparing & sending of press releases
Canvassing for sponsors / partners
Marketing of atrium space
Preparing A&P weekly report
Tenants relations
Handling ad-hoc projects
Resourceful, creative, organised and prepared to work long hours
Good negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Mass Communications / Marketing or equivalent
More than 2 years’ of A&P experience in the retail industry at a supervisory or A&P officer level.
