INTERLIFT SALES PTE LTD, Block 212, Hougang Street 21, #01-331, Singapore 530212, an industrial engineering manufacturing company, specializes in material handling equipment, is currently seeking:

SENIOR ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVES
(Based at Hougang Office – also PA to Financial Controller)

Notes

Two (2) positions: one to start work immediately while another to start work by Mid-February 2009

Job Description:

Monthly / yearly closing and full set of accounts
Generate & prepare monthly financial & cost analysis reports
Overall cash flow planning, monitoring & management
Familiar with trade financing and documentations
Plan and work with auditor on annual audit tasks
Handle AP & AR
Close liaison and reporting to Top Management
Supervise and work as team with Accounts Manager & Assistant
Require to travel and review overseas associates / subsidiary accounts
Personal Assistant to Financial Controller as well on tasks assigned
And other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Min. O Level or equivalent with accounting qualification
Min. 3 years of related working experience, especially in cost analysis
Familiar with work-in-progress (WIP) accounts would be an advantage
Knowledge in ACCPAC Accounting System or any other computerized accounting
Able to communicate effectively in English and with all level of people
Able to speak and write Mandarin is advantageous
Knowledge in Microsoft Office software application
Eyes for details and meticulous with confidentiality towards work
