AGS Four Winds is an international relocation company. We specializes in international relocations, local and office moves, and storage. With our head office in France, we have 123 offices worldwide. We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals for the following position.

Senior Accountant

Responsibilities:

Monthly closing and review of accounts
Preparation of monthly management reports and variance analysis
Supervise Accounts Assistants’ daily operations on accounting issues
Liaise with internal and external parties to resolve accounting related issues
Processing of monthly float and related payment vouchers
Liaise with auditors for interim and final audit and preparation of financial statements
Liaise with Head Office for all accounts related issues
Generate payroll and submit GST filing & CPF contribution electronically
Manage cash flow and submit cash flow statement on weekly basis
Undertake system and other adhoc projects relating to accounts/finance

Requirements:

Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications (eg. CPA or ACCA or a member registered with ICPAS).
At least 3 to 5 years working experience preferably from moving industry.
Experience in producing management reports, variance analysis and annual budget.
Mature, Meticulous, possess a pro-active attitude towards work and able to work independently.
Good supervisory skills
Proficient in MS Word and advanced Excel skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
