Scientific Development Officer

Job Scope:

Perform lab-scale protein purification, and transfer the developed technology to large-scale GMP production.
Involved in experimental design to address project goals.
Perform daily work assignments accurately and in a timely manner.
Prepare technical report
Perform test analyses, and ensure results are accurate and reliable
Buffer preparation
Participate in cGMP production if necessary.
Maintain laboratory instruments
Prepare and order reagents and general laboratory supplies
Be willing to work after office hours and during weekends, if required
Positive work attitude and ability to work independently and in a team environment

Pre-requisites:

Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Life Science or Molecular Biology
More than 2 years experience in protein purification and characterization, including AKTA, UV/Vis, ultra-centrifugations, buffer preparation, etc.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
