Sales Secretary Paramount Hotel

Paramount Hotel, located at the east of the City with only 10 minutes away from the Changi International Airport, is the ideal suited to business travelers and tourists. We invite suitable candidates to apply the position of :

Sales Secretary

Key Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for rendering administration supports to DOSM and all sales personnel.
  • Type correspondence, memoranda, reports and faxes, update productions of all sales personnel and database.
  • Take minutes of meetings, collect all incoming documents, handle general correspondence, emails, faxes, telephone calls and follow-up accordingly.
  • Update / input sales records for all the Sales Managers.
  • Maintain and up keep all mailing list records.

Requirements:

  • GCE ‘O’ Level and above with 3 years relevant working experience in the Hotel industry.
  • Excellent communication and public relations skills preferred
  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office
