Job Summary:

The successful individual will meet and exceed revenue of security products management objective by successfully establishing and managing security focused partners which include acquiring /developing partners.

Job Scope:

• Coordinate and develop our local sales and marketing activities
• Develop the security product sales revenue pipeline via channel partnerships
• Recruit partners to join partner programs
• Maximize partner-based revenue contributions in each security focused partner
• Develop relationships with distributors to obtain leads and undertake joint marketing and sales activities
• Proactively contribute input and feedback into the overall strategy of the security channel
• Support the ompany’s APAC Director through team sales activities
• Implement channel promotions
• Provide guidance and leadership to assigned region and their management

Job Requirements:

• 5 years of successful, progressive channel sales experience in the networking/security salesindustry, preferably in security hardware and software infrastructure applications.
• 3 years of experience in security solutions
• Experience/knowledge in Internet technology background (e.g. FTP, HTTP, DNS, SSH, etc.) and a working knowledge of web-based security and network infrastructure

• Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English is a MUST
• Strategic selling skills
• Technical acumen
• Ability to work through various channels
• Ability to partner effectively with the direct sales force
• Excellent presentation skills are required for this position
• Ability to run sales training and communicate complicated technical concepts
• Candidate should have the flexibility to to embrace new sales models and the working knowledge of building channel and making numbers
