Our client is a service provider in the field of data centre solutions. They are seeking for suitable applicants to join their team.

Sales Director

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales department, while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals
Analyze sales figures to determine business growth potential
Strong skills in prospecting develop and foster senior level contacts and achieve a “trusted advisor” status within assigned accounts
Manage the team to achieve new monthly recurring revenue to meet annual sales targets
Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts, customer revenue retention and establish new customers
Responsible for the end-to-end account management inclusive of prospecting account and relationship development, requirement gathering and post sales cycle team co-ordination, project management, service delivery and operational support

Requirements:

Minimum degree holder in any field
Minimum 7 years sales experience in the Data Centre, Outsourcing, Telco or System Integration industry. Those with M&E , FM knowledge will be definitely an asset
Well connected individual with a full understanding of the Data Centre market, the competition, technical requirements and current situation
Must possess fundamental and detailed understanding of the Data Centre sales cycle.
Must be able to develop relationships at all levels from executive team members to business line managers
Able to develop account plan for major customers accounts
Good command of English with strong presentation skills.
Working experience in an MNC sales organisation will be added advantage
