Synthes is a U.S.-based, leading global medical device company. We develop, produce and market instruments, implants and biomaterials for the surgical fixation, correction and regeneration of the skeleton and its soft tissues. We are present in every continent of the world and employ about 9000 people.
We are currently seeking self-motivated and dynamic individuals for the following positions:
Sales Consultant
The job:
- Responsible for sales volume and profitability
- Develop territory and product sales plan/objectives that achieve business growth and customer satisfaction
- Review and develop annual sales budget in line with corporate goals and strategies.
- Proactively manage existing customer relationships to build customer loyalty
- Provide monthly reports on sales, customer business activities and administration tasks as required
We are looking for a person who:
- Possesses at least a Diploma
- Has passion for sales and seeks a highly rewarding career
- Has at least 2 years’ of sales experience
- Is able to work independently, as well as a team player
- Has an outgoing personality, is friendly and self-motivated
- Has good knowledge of the healthcare industry
- Has a valid driving licence and possesses a car
- Is a Singaporean or Singapore PR
