Functions and Responsibilities

1) Project Management

Listen to client’s requirements / problems and provide clear solutions and options to clients
Work out quotation and close the deal
Preempt questions from clients and manage clients’ expectations
Work with multi departments by giving clear and precise instructions
Oversee several projects simultaneously from beginning to the end

2) Account Development

Quickly establish rapport and familiarity with clients allocated to you
Be on top of the possible and potential jobs that the clients will have in the near future
Call, visit and lunch the clients to grow relationship
Maintain constant communication flow with clients
