Room Reservations Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee a small team
• Confirm telephone, email, fax and internet requests for hotel accommodation such as hotel reservation, amendment and cancellation etc
• Analyse long and short term trends and make suitable adjustments
• Verify daily reports
• Train associates in taking telephone reservations and in operating the computer terminals
• Control room inventory
• Capable of working shifts

Requirements

• Min 2 years of relevant experience
• Preferably living in North-East area
