RMA Associate Engineer (Code : IRC24427)

Job responsibilities:

Provide assistance to RMA product failure analysis using diagnostic tools and methods
Perform electrical tests using ATE equipments, datalog collection, equipment trouble shooting and covering night shift when required
Use equipment such as oscilloscopes, waveform generators, curve tracers, logic analyzers and multimeters
General understanding of FA techniques such as SEM, FIB, EMI, CSAM, EDX, and other leading edge FA tools
RMA logistics work including receiving/shipping physical units of customer return timely and assist on tester time scheduling.
Use of Oracle Applications to update and track RMAs
Maintenance of PQE lab environment and systems, keeps track of equipment and hardware inventory, as well as purchasing lab consumables
* Work closely with customer quality engineers and Device Analysis Laboratory for RMA TAT improvement

Job requirements :

Degree/Diploma in engineering/science with at least 2 years experience in IC or electronic industry
Experience in IC electrical testing and familiar with failure analysis
Knowledge in Perl / C / C++ programming and Unix environment is a plus
Experience of working in Engineering Lab
A team player with good communication skills, report writing skills, logistics planning and handling
