We are a leading worldwide marine solutions company servicing the oil and gas industry. Due to expansion, we are looking for an experienced and qualified individual to join us as :

Rigging Superintendent

Responsibilities:

• Conduct business & perform duties/task in accordance with Code of Business Conduct, HSES and Quality Policies
• Responsible for providing Rigging support work activities throughout the Yard.
• Responsible for Certification of all rigging equipments and their maintenance where-ever necessary.
• Responsible for co-coordinating and implementing the most productive use of material and equipment throughout the Yard.
• Responsible for co-coordinating and implementing the most productive and cost effective use of manpower throughout the Yard.
• Personally supervise all “critical lifts” and to assign Lift Director for all Critical Lifts

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Construction/ Building/ Mechanical/ Marine or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of related experience in managing all aspects of equipment and facility
• Ability to perform maintenance and control of the department’s financial budgets
• Strong leadership skill, proactive and self motivated
• Strong command in English both written and spoken is essential
