Retail Supervisors Candy Empire Pte Ltd

CANDY EMPIRE has now open its third large retail store at SINGAPORE CHANGI AIRPORT. The airport store is located at Basement 2 in the New Terminal 3. A western sweet concept with products from Australia, Europe and USA. We offer a large variety of chocolates, candies, biscuits, nuts, novelty drinks, chips and other savoury snacks. Our main large flagship store is located at Basement 2, VIVOCITY, directly above HarbourFront MRT station.

Retail Supervisors (Full-Time & Part-Time)

Main Requirements:

Have 2 years of retail or service industry experience
Basic Diploma holders OR with any other similar qualifications
Independent, energetic and physically fit
Possess good knowledge of customer service standard
Able to work retail hours, on weekends & public holidays

Main job responsibilities:

Good communications and interpersonal skills
Able to train and supervise the retail team
Handle day-to-day supervision of retail shop operations
Basic management of inventory and stock take
Handle the replenishment of stocks with the team
Ensure good customer service
Able to work in a challenging retail environment
