Retail Parts Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Parts handling and support for service workshop
• Manage and monitor parts stock
• Assist in parts replenishment and reports
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal customers for daily order
• Liaise with internal customers to gather information and feedback
• Provide customer service to retail customers

Requirements:

• GCE ‘A’ level with minimum 1 year working experience
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Have a keen eye for details (especially Part Numbers)
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Outlook, Words..etc)
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
