RETAIL MANAGER

Responsibilities:

Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our Retail Operations.
Be Responsible for sales and profitability of our retail stores.
To lead, motivate and manage teams of sales staff towards the achievement of sales targets.
To manage stock levels and making key decisions about stock control for the retail store
To be able to analyse sales and inventory information with the aim to maximize profitability.
To maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry and understanding forthcoming customer initiatives
To ensure the highest retail standard are achieved consistently at all stores.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma holders in any discipline
3 to 5 relevant working experience in Retail Industry preferably with experience in managing a IT Retail Store
Familiar with Apple products/software will be an added advantage
Strong communication and presentation skill with effective leadership ability. Business acumen, strategic mindset as well as organizational and resource management skills preferred.
Able to work on weekends and public holidays
