RESTAURANT MANAGER (FINE DINING)

Job Description:

• To oversee and manage a western dining outlet in the hotel
• Provide training to serviced staffs

Requirements:

• Must possess minimum 4-5 years in the F & B background
• Experienced in managing fine dining restaurants of the same
• Excellent knowledge in gourmet cuisine and wine selection
• Have a strong flair of poise
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player, Energetic
• Salary negotiable
