To support our rapid expansion in the market, we are currently seeking a qualified individual for the following position:

Restaurant Manager

Job Description

Builds customer counts & sales by ensuring our customers receive fantastic food and service
Assesses skills of restaurant staff, then mentors and develops individuals
Manages P&L and implements strategies that improve financial performance
Executes company and concept systems and procedures
Great opportunity for international training

Pre-requisites:

Energetic, friendly, and hands-on leadership style
Min 3 years experience in managing internationally-branded F&B operations
Has valid passport, and able to train in the United States for 3 months in early 2009
Singaporeans, PRs, Malaysians only
