Reporting & Consolidation Accountant (Senior Executive/Assistant Manager Level)

The Job

A member of the Regional Finance & Control team, you will be responsible for reviewing all aspects of accounting for the various countries and ensure that all transactions are properly registered and reconciled. In addition, you will coordinate and consolidate all reports and financial information for the region within stipulated timelines.

Specifically, the scope of work includes:

Review and support market closings
Prepare reporting on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
Review market procedures and ensure compliance
Forecast and analysis of business performance in the various countries.

The Requirements

Recognised degree in Accounting. CPA qualification will be an added advantage.
Minimum 5 years experience in multinational corporations.
Analytical and meticulous.
Assertive with strong communication capabilities and influential skills. Ability to speak more than one language is advantageous.
Strong business acumen in terms of market and commercial operations.
Team player who is able to work independently.
