Remote Desktop – Lead Position

Position Title: Remote Desktop – Lead Position
Experience Level: 6 – 9 Years
No. of Positions: 02

** Job Scope **

Experience in setting up Remote Desktop (End to End) involving policies & access
Experience in leading Service Desk team
Should know the process & procedure of Service Desk execution
Monitor call logs, Perform follow up activities, Expert Advisor, Helpline
Team Lead experience
Part of Operation support team to manage Desktop services in a operation Data Center environment.
Analyses service irregularities and performance incident resolution activities.
Help build and create system infrastructure based on customer’s technical and business requirement.
Coaches and provide technical expertise in the area of Desktop services setup and ongoing management.

** Qualification **

Minimal 5 years or more information technology experience with an emphasis on Microsoft platform.
Degree/Diploma holder preferably in IT focus.
Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) including SQL & TCP/IP exams. Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
Demonstrated good problem-solving skills.
