Regional Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Supervises and monitors business operations of mobile inbuilding project unit including both technical and commercial aspects;
Manages day-to-day operations of the project team, plans and deploys available resources effectively to ensure projects are running smoothly on time and within budget;
Responsible for all aspects during project deployment from commercial offerings, system design, installation to commissioning;
Coordinates with customers, suppliers, sub-contractors and government authorities throughout the projects, as well as develops and maintains good relationships with all related parties; and
Works closely with other departments in other countries to define the product offerings and conducts business development activities for inbuilding project unit globally.

Job Requirements

University degree in Telecommunications or Engineering;
Minimum 5 years of relevant engineering / project management experience with mobile telecom operators or mobile telecom equipment vendors;
Must be capable of hands-on with RF / site surveys and link budget analysis on 2G / 3G systems;
Possessing extensive knowledge on RF systems and other mobile technologies would be an advantage;
Possesses solid experience in implementing projects e.g. for wireless services and mobile inbuilding coverage systems;
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a cross-cultural environment;
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin; and
Willing to travel under short notices and go for short term project posting of 6 – 9 months on project basis.
