PANASONIC AVIONICS CORPORATION is headquartered in Lake Forest, California, with offices in Washington; regional centers in Dallas, Dubai, London, Singapore, Sydney, Tokyo and Toulouse; system production facilities in Osaka; as well as field service, maintenance and sales facilities worldwide. As part of our expansion plan, we are currently looking for qualified candidates to fill the following position in Singapore.

REGIONAL MANAGER, MAINTENANCE SERVICES

You will oversee the management of the Maintenance Services Operations, develop and manage the regional Business plan strategically and operationally. You will maintain good customer relationship with airline customers, actively pursues new business activities and participates in regional negotiations to acquire new business. You must also ensure compliance of contractual commitments and comply with all laws and regulations. In addition, overseeing all “third party” maintenance organizations to ensure service agreements are being met and cooperating with all regulatory agencies and their representatives is also required.

You shall possess a degree in relevant discipline with 10 years’ experience in managing a maintenance organization and 5 years in project management. You should have experience in proposal development, supplier management, strategic planning and logistics management experience. You should be resourceful and have strong organizing and communication skills. You should also be able to lead your team and have strong business acumen. You must have working knowledge of global civil aviation regulations and requirements. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is essential too.
