Regional IT Supervisor Sinochem International (Overseas) Pte Ltd

Sinochem International (Overseas) Pte. Ltd. is the Singapore subsidiary of Sinochem International Company Ltd, headquartered in Shanghai, China. The company is principally engaged in the production and commercial trading of chemical products, agricultural chemicals, metallurgy resources and rubber products, as well as the logistic services of the petrochemical industry. Due to expansion of the company’s business in Singapore, the following job vacancy is now available for application.

Regional IT Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Provide IT service to Sinochem overseas branches in different countries to support business development. Execute the uniform IT service strategy to comply with Corporate IT Strategy.
Contribute to the integrated regional system development strategy and operation plan. Assist headquarter to set up IT infrastructure and system plan, which will include network, hardware, communication and information system, etc.
Purchase IT equipment and ensure IT asset security for regional branches. Be responsible for outsourcing IT service vendor management.
Strictly follow up corporate policy and ensure smooth operation and security of regional information system.
Develop strategy of secure user desktop, application standard and communication system solution and etc to match regional business environment.
Build up communication mechanism and channel between IT headquarter and regional IT center. Report IT operation status timely.

Requirements:

At least 5 years IT working experience in MNC with excellent technical background. Candidate with managerial experience that promoted from technical background will be preferable.
Fluent in oral and written English and Chinese. Able to communicate with Foreign and Chinese Colleagues.
Strong capability in communication & coordination, project management and process design & optimization.
Logical and systematic mindset. Excellent execution of corporate IT strategy and able to make things done.
Expertise at theory/principle of routing, TCP/IP protocol
Familiar with system structure and daily maintenance for IBM Lotus Domino
Familiar with routine management for IBM server, Cisco network equipment
Understand domain management of Windows/Linux
At least 2 years experience in software development
Candidate with certificate of MCSE, MCDBA, CCNP will be preferable
Be proactive and responsible, good team work.
Willing to travel frequently (>50%)
