Regional Finance Executive Koelnmesse Pte Ltd

Exhibitions, trade shows, conferences and conventions in Cologne, Germany, and abroad is the business of Koelnmesse Pte Ltd, Singapore, a subsidiary of Koelnmesse GmbH, one of the world’s largest trade fair organizers. Koelnmesse Pte Ltd is the regional headquarter for the Koelnmesse Group in Asia Pacific and organizes trade fairs, conferences and conventions throughout Asia.

We are now looking to fill the position of:

Regional Finance Executive

Business Unit: CONTROLLING AND ACCOUNTING

The responsibilities of a Conference Manager include:

Providing support to the Regional Finance Controller in the areas of financial accounting which includes timely and accurate month-end closing, reporting and financial analysis;
Liaising with overseas affiliated offices on financial reporting matters and regional sales consolidation;
Preparation of audit schedules and monitoring of petty cash;
Assisting with the day to day affairs of the Department

Requirements:

Successful applicants should possess at least:

Full time degree in Accountancy and/or any other recognized professional accounting qualification;
at least 5 years of working experiences beginning with an audit background and for at least 2 years in a regional office environment;
Pro-active and with good analytical and problem solving skills;
Strong knowledge of MS Office applications and an advanced user of MS Excel;
Good interpersonal skills and communication skills to express thoughts clearly;
