Our team in Asia is growing, and we need people who want to make a difference – we currently have an opening for a Regional Business Development Manager.

Regional Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

Accountable for regional sales and marketing activities
Own and grow the business revenue in the assigned territory
Manage and drive business strategies/programs through distributors and partners of diverse backgrounds
Work closely with Product Management, Audiologists and Marketing teams at our corporate office plus distributors/partners to execute product launch events for new products
Work in a manner that maintains the highest partner and customer service standards
Maintain and strengthen relationships and build rapport with existing and new partners

Requirements:

University degree with several years’ work experience in a multinational environment with B2B sales experience plus regional sales experience
Strong business acumen, highly motivated with a high level of initiative, excellent communication, customer relationship and people management skills
Resourceful with good planning and organizational skills
