R&D ASSOCIATE ENGINEER (BATAM)
(Indonesia – Batam)

Responsibilities:

• Assist Engineer to design and develop fishing rods
• Perform evaluation & analytical studies on competitiveness of existing products
• Develop and incorporate effective material selection into feasible products which are marketable
• Present periodical reports on new product developments
• Perform evaluation & follow up on design changes after launching of product

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Proficient in AutoCAD or 3D software
• Must be innovative and creative
• Willing to be stationed in Batam permanently
• Interested in fishing
• Fresh Diploma holders are welcome to apply
